Emmandus:
Hello House, I need advice here. 1000 units of GTB was bought on my behalf around 1999/2010 but my other two names were used. Not my current official names on my IDs, so till then I havent calimed all dividends sent...so right now I want to:

1. Change the names in the dividends or record with the registrar to my official names on my IDs..
2. I want to claim all dividends from then till date.
3. I want to verify and lodge the last bonus certificate sent to me
4. I want to move the stocks from Rolex securities(now... cant recall their new name) to my current broker Cashcraft

I need you urgent advice on this as this has lingered enough and I want to achieve this month of may.

I appreciate all invaluable Ideas...

thanks

Tiger finally set to jump over the 4 naira mark ?

If I tell you the saga of my Tiger JIJO you go laff sotey.....
Right now I'm in my 4th JIJO this year, each time JIing higher than I had previously JOed (in nsempa tongue)
I had sold off 3 times in the past due to mis-judgement.
Right now I'm in my 4th re-entry, but this time with no plan of exiting b4 kilometre 10 or beyond, (if you like shout. grin)

Dangflour is not dangsugar with 12b shares outstanding, mind you.
This one has only 5b, two thirds of which are locked up in Aliko's wharehouse, leaving only one point something billion units for the rest of humanity to scramble for.
And are you waiting until you hear that even the South Africans have returned through the back door to mop from the floor, this time as ordinary shareholders, since core investorship did not favour them, and given all the turnaround plans we have been hearing and witnessing around dangflour?

Nigerian retail investors are madly in love with this stock.
You only need to watch it trading.
It's reversion to the old name of Dangote Flour has heightened the seductive appeal, awakening the memories of its former glories in the heydays of the NSE.
And regarding the problems that drove away the South Africans, forex and all that, Dangote has said among other things that his Group will soon be selling forex to the CBN.
And dare you question his ability to do what he says he will do?

Based on the foregoing sentiments, I easily see this stock shooting past dangsugar in no distant future.
Scarcity will be a driving force.
I personally am targeting 10 or near that (if you like shout grin) in my present foray which means going medium to long term.

Please immerse yourself in due diligence and consult an investment expert.

When it comes to the issue of Oil and Gas industries finance, all financial institutions are involved irrespective of the type of transactions they deals with. So nothing to be worry about sir. Interrogation is not synonymous to conviction grin. GTBank, Zenith, Stanbic, and UBA MDs' will soon be invited for questioning grin

Myjoy its not oil and gas finance but money laundering they're investigating o.

They're probing the distribution of illicit election campaign/rigging loot thro the banks;
Diverted loot originally meant for arms purchase(Dasuki),
and other loots possibly from the Sanusi reported almost $50b missing from NNPC Acct.

Making Economic Sense of Anti-Smoking Campaigns

On May 20, cigarette packs in Germany will display images of rotten teeth and blackened lungs. Also this month, cigarette manufacturers in the U.K. are likely to have to switch to plain packaging, without brands or imagery. And the top European court has upheld a 2014 European Commission directive that banned flavored cigarettes, mandated that 65 percent of the surface of packs must be covered with health warnings and imposed restrictions on how much nicotine could be ingested via e-cigarettes.
