I assume you're trying to refer to VACTERL H not VERSTAR L meaning vertebral anomalies,anal atresia,cardiac anomalies,tracheoesophageal fistula,esophegeal atresia,renal anomalies, limb defects and recently added hydrocephalus which are the other congenital anomalies that may occur in conjunction with this imperforate anus.

This happened to someone veryyy close to me. It is a rare abnormally but it happens, they made an opening at the side of the baby's tummy_ she excretes from there.
A private hospital said the operation would cost 300k, public hospital said it would cost about one-third of 300k. The baby would be operated at 3mths...
