Saraki has the constitutional right to exhaust all legal channels to clear his name. There is no doubt that he enjoys the utmost loyalty of his colleagues. Those whose covetous eyes are on his seat had better look forward to 2019. |

85% of our Senators belongs to Political Association of Thieves (PAT). As you can see Sen. Melaye confirming his membership. What a pity, gone is those days we dissociate from thieves but now we calibrate with no shame. Is that a good heritage for young one to inherit? 1 Like |

Yet Saraki should not be 100% reliant on Malaye, because I remember in the Bible when Peter were procastinating to Jesus that he will kill anyone who dare to arrest him(Jesus), to him Jesus said: get behinde me satan,, before the cock crows three times, u would have denied me three times..... Politricians and too many magics 1 Like |

rusher14: What gives you the hope that the CCB would triumph at the supreme court? How the supreme court interpretes section 3(d) of the CCB act is what will be key in deciding this case. |

daraki was never the cause of the long queues & high fuel price we seee today in filling stations, neither is he the cause of the double digit inflation,he is not the cause of the high cost of liviing we are facing under this administration, neither is he responsible for the insecurities & hunger tht the citiizens of my dear country is facing under pmb administration,& a host lot of many negativity in dis administration like lies & deceit from the mouth of apc spokesman. so the person tht should be facing CCT should be pmb for not declaring his assets completely & not even making it public coz finding shows he still has some ill gotten wealth under the custody of his wife & the worst is tht he has moved dis country aground. so pmb should be impeached & kicked out b4 the country divide on ethnic & religious line tht he has plunged dis country into. |

rusher14: The CCT judgement will be immaterial should the supreme court denounce it.Even if the CCT convicts Saraki,he will still remain SP and appeal to the appeal and supreme courts. The CCT has already overuled its earlier judgement on section 3(d) of the CCB act, let's see how the higher courts will interprete it. |

Malaye should know that many senators behind the embattled Saraki does not represent the majority of the citizen or our national interest. |

cktheluckyman: Pa Chukwudi. We would see how the supreme court which has already deliberated on the issue of jurisdiction on this same case would go ahead to deny verdict based on overwhelming evidence. |

rusher14: Bros I am not pa Chukwudi.Don't forget the supreme court ruled against Wike on jurisdiction only to affirm his election in the main judgement. The supreme court interpretation of section 3(d) is key to this case.So far there is no eveidence let alone an overwhelming one that the CCB complied with section 3(d) of the CCB act. |

nathandrake:I just heard a radio programme in his hometown now, they're just trying to brainwash people and saying it's political. They initially said Tinubu is behind it,now they said it's from his fellow Ilorin folks. They think everybody in Ilorin is foolish and gullible. |

TRUTHaDDICT:Honestly. People around this man don't love him dearly. Some people come to radio stations in Ilorin to stylishly mock him by trying to call him a saint to people. They exaggerate it in such a way that it become sarcastic,in a way nobody wwould believe them. Then I realised they're just mocking him stylishly. Saraki should limit how people put their mouths on trying to get him out of trouble, its screwing him up the more 1 Like |

Dino is very dangerous and deceitful,he's a real chameleon, even his wives and flings confirmed that. He's not someone that can be trusted at all. He's selfish and a confirmed liar. Saraki should watch out, this man might be finishing him behind,he might be extracting his secrets,he might be digging for facts,he might be behind those that are nailing Saraki but Saraki seems to be very gullible and naive,he's just allowing everybody to poke nose into his case, some come to Ilorin radios and say entirely opposite of the obvious, they're just nailing him the more. Saraki should limit his closeness to these people, they'd say to the public how much they love him and screw him up behind his back |

Like this. The budget must be fully implemented. Benefits of intergovernmental squabbling I guess. Though it will be nigh impossible preventing those ministers from stealing as they already have started. |

sinceraconcept:I'v come to realize that Saraki is so easy to manipulate and he does not have a strong principles. I know that he may be regretting why he cleared Amaechi in the first place because all his hope and the false assurance they may have given him would be that after Amaechi is cleared his case will die off, all their aim is to see how they can use these CCT to pull him down as SP. |

cktheluckyman:So u hope to see Saraki released based on technicalities or procedures rather than him defending himself in court. What I can deduce from our argument is that u have unwittingly pronounced Saraki guilty and can only rely on technicalities. No wonder God on Brown said Nigeria is fantastically corrupt. |
