Be calm, have self confidence, go through your cv again and again especially your skills, ask questions iF you have any and make sure you well read in the subject you apply for because many will want to test you by asking questions and you will do a little micro teaching.

If you didn't study anything relating to education, then you have short time to practice..
You can start by practicing in front of your friends and let them rate you.. iF you can speak can face crowd and speak thats an advantage.

Where you are ask to teach, Don't just rush to the topic itself.. You greet the interviewers, on the board your date, subject and topic will come first then you can introduce your lesson.. This particular stage doesn't really take much time let's say bw 10-15min depending on the interviewer.

okay.
Since its senior secondary. You should revise past questions in physics either WASSCE or NECO. Probably from 2014 till date.
Also do a little brush up in maths and english. some schools do give that in written test also but it will be basic maths(not WASSCE) since its not your core.
also work on your essay writing.

You should also practice how to write a lesson plan. It was posted here sometime ago. (someone should dig it up n repost pls)

U may be given micro teaching
I believe odunharry has explained that. lemme just add some salt..

Be loud n very audible. walk around ur "stage " (that's front of d class or where ever they place u to use).
do not ignore d board. write points on it from time to time like definition, SI units, etc.. as you explain..
Pick a topic you know like the back of your hand. do not teach indebt..remember it is "micro-teaching " and leave space for the students to ask questions.

For your looks.
Dress smart. go there early so you can take time to put yourself together somewhere before entering the school. It won't be nice to show up all sweaty.. you may need to take your time to dry up n clean your shoes again before entering.
Smile all through. n dont be nervous its either a "yes" or a "no".. no one will slap you. lol.

Following the feedback of rosevalley. the 1st test wch every1 did gr8,we were all called 4 d 2nd interview wch was stressful based on d mode of interview.Microteaching was also carried out.But wen salary mata come reach i come de hear 30-35k. .....Dis country will soon get there
