I dont know sorry, I'm not for Hungary ...just relaying an information I heard. Maybe they will try again tomorrow. But my guess is that if you choose Hungary as first choice in FSB Bea form and you got an acceptance email from Hungary , you should be fine.

my friend got it last year and he is there. I remembered they interviewed him on Skype.The major focus is to know your English competency as you interacts with the caller which is a representative of the uni.You will be asked of your interest and area of specialization. It is more of knowing your communication strength.- friendly atmosphere.. was not video interview..

FSB has called the nominated Russians since ending of march. We have done the interview with the Russians, we are just waiting for the final call to tell us the people that were finally selected by the Russians......I have no idea about UKRAINE

Honestly I don't think FSB has business with Japan. You have to apply in your own. Its called the mext Japanese scholarship. The deadline is June 30the. This is the website. Make sure you read the guidelines. Its different for PG and UG. after completing the form you will have to go to the Japanese embassy in Abuja and submit it. http://www.ng.emb-japan.go.jp/culture.html

I remember during the first stage the woman also mentioned that she isn't sure if Japan will send slots so we should choose another.......Japan was originally my first choice but thank God I changed it to Russia......I hope this helps
