England is No. 3 on UEFA coefficient behind Germany at No. 2, so the 5 places in UCL can't work for England.

Remember in the 2011/2012 season when Chelsea won UCL and the fourth place team(Tottenham) had to settle for Europa with Chelsea taking their position? And back then England was No. 2 on UEFA coefficient yet it was only 4 places given to England, i.e the top 3 and Chelsea.

So if Liverpool wins Europa, the fourth team would settle for Europa.

Now you are wrong... England has been number three beside Germany and Spain in number 2 and 1 respectively, yet four teams from England went to UCL this season..
