Shout out to this guy, LRNZH.. This time last year, he was on top of his game, dishing out frivolous issue after issue to paint GEJ's rule demonic. I hope he's really enjoying this saintly government? Meanwhile let us examine some of your leading attacks from last year grin

1. He was blaming GEJ's government for not initiating the bill that will reduce the Senators and Reps salaries. Where is the bill now? Or the 'body language' don edit the payroll? undecided

2. He was screaming pathetically that Nigeria dropped to 122 on Prosperity Index under GEJ last rule (2014). Have you checked the ranking this year? Nigeria dey 125 now o smiley

3. On Day 261, He was crying foul over the 276 Chibok girls and Defending 'Bring Back Our Girls' initiative. Today is Day 343 since Buhari took over. I hope the BBOG are still under your protection or have the girls been found? Story for the godsundecided

Revel in propaganda. It's the only solace you have now.. Peace grin

DesChyko,

I am happy you are alive to witness all the revelations of the callous mismanagement of the past administration.

Most of the problems in Nigeria today are from the fallout of the stolen funds from the >$100/barrel oil windfall that GEJ's government enjoyed for almost 4 years. GEJ is the luckiest president Nigeria ever had but he squandered all the goodluck. If GEJ was still president as we speak, it is most likely that IMF would have been giving us orders on when to eat dinner and how many square meals a day because the country would have been so broke.

If you understand some basic economics and how commodity driven economies behave when prices crash, you won't even start on this topic. There are many threads on Nairaland if you want to objectively educate yourself. I have written some of them. GEJ did nothing to protect Nigeria from the day that oil prices will fall flat.

So long story cut short is that in the 2015 elections, Buhari was always the best choice amongst what those available to chose from. I have never doubted that. I stand by that assertion anywhere. If GEJ is better, let him contest the 2019 elections let us see where he will end up with all the revelations surrounding FFK, Dasuki, Diezani, Bank MDs, Metuh, Okupe, Tompolo, Akpobolokemi, etc.

I leave you in peace and hope that you gain more wisdom to see where true progressives are coming from. This will be my only response to you on this matter unless I perceive a genuine interest to seek enlightenment on your part.

If you all don't blame GEJ who will? 'ifs' and 'would have beens' doesn't account for the present.
Nigeria good today, na we e affect. E bad today, na still we e affect. Therefore, the issues raised are not just lingering, but worse now under the saint.

I'm very sure he didn't have today's scenario in mind while castigating the past administration. But it's well. The lesson has been learnt.
Just playing Opposition though cheesy. You had your run last time out.

No amount of trash you typed here can erase the fact that Jona's government is one of the greatest disaster to hit this country since the civil war.
I'll advise you to stop pretending that you are not aware of the fall out of jona's misrule on this country.
If you know that when an MD loot an organisation account and left it in red, he renders everybody in that company jobless, you won't be here typing trash.

Many on here earn a living from posting partisan propaganda. I am reminded of the quote, "It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.". I have seen worse in Nigerian politics, go back to the Abacha era when many earned a living advocating Abacha for president.

I have never seen a Government that make excuses like PMB's. And his defenders in NL are shameless though over 90% have left in frustration. We grow lean defending the indefensible OMENKA.

All of you said its budget that is holding us from seeing the change. OK! The budget has been passed on a day its previous morning the Finance Minister, was talking in Channels TV that she is finding it difficult to pay salary. So what else do U hope on to implement the budget? CHINESE LOAN? Don't tell me GEJ has stolen all the money meant for budget implementation of 2016. Never in history of Nigeria has any budget ran on saving of previous years cos implementation has never reached 100%. Never tell me the problem is drop in oil price to $30 pb ; Obj enter when it was $28 but he did not nag, complain and lay reckless blames like this.

yarimo:
Yeah I get your point, but you no all this things have to do with budget implementation first

Save me this budget implementation scrap. There is a saying that a chick that will turn to a male is known right at hatch.

There is definitely to plan, absolutely no policy direction (the best we have heard in Agric is NOT how to provide fertilizers, improved seeds, irrigation or even a comprehensive registration of farmers; planting season is coming to end at mid year: all we have heard is plans to import grasses).

Absence of budget does not make Ministers to go asleep, they knew what they budgeted for they should have started rolling out policy statements waiting to hit the ground running when funds are finally made available.

Are the not traveling, paying wages and other recurrents since inception. Did they not do refurbishing of Aso rock and their offices? Are they not buying operational cars?

#The truth is that the government has no cash at hand, they are even finding it difficult to pay salary not to talk of implement any budget or execute projects; they have strangled the economy with echaic/medieval approach, they have destroyed SMEs with parochial monetary policy champion by PMB himself, they have chased away foreign investors with their lack of economic direction and dullness. The worst is lawlessness and political witch hunt and vendetta.
