Shine your eyes oh. it has a serious Terms & Conditions attached to it. One of the Terms & Condition is Facebook and Airtel will be patnering .Facebook can ask Airtel of someones mobile Number , and One Two they have your Line number just like that ,and every other useful information about you. You see. i saw it. and i was like woah ! for free i now saw the Terms & Conditions and i say let me read it. When it comes to terms & Conditions especially we Nigerians we neglect such things immediately we click on the green button without reading '' I ACCEPT'' To my greatest surprise on reading it. it was so devilish and demonic let me use those words! An information is what i have just past through! share with others.

simply buy or get a new AIRTEL line, its even free now. register it. don't save any contacts in it, don't use it for calls. just for browsing you are good to go.

bullshit! it was banned in india because it violates "net neutrality" and facebook criticizing it's opponents, e.g seletion of websites that'll be available on the program by facebook(excluding most other social networking sites)..

e.g let's say airtel wanted to start free midnight browsing+downloading.. would you expect mtn, glo, etisalat to watch and do nothing about it it would definately spoil market for them..

it's not that the people doesn't want it, but the indian agency dealing with telecommunications(forgotten their name.. just like NCC in Nigeria) does not allow them.. it's totally danger-free for users..cheesy

Do you get it now?

Ask yourself why they are targeting countries with loose governments?

Mitchewwww who privacy protection don epp if you don't have any skeleton on your cupboard.

If you are living a free life devoid of sharp practices I see no reason who something like this should bother you. In as much as it does doesn't affect my well being in anyway or using the number for devilish acts, I personally don't give a damn.

Silly talk.

I actually trust Facebook more than NCC that has the same details.
If you use Google search on your phone, you think Google doesn't already know about you?
Every search you have ever done is stored. They use it to build a profile, sometimes, dished out to the CIA.
So if you're joining the conspiracy theorists, then stop googling.

No; the conditions is fair so long as the conditions doesn't involve taking money from us.
