The kids have come again. The mum brought them out and wore them slippers. They came straight to my door and were banging for me to open. Fortunately dh is around and i already shared your suggestions with him, so he opened and told them i'm sleeping so they shud follow him outside so they'll all play at the verandah. But they started packing sand and throwing at the verandah. Since he's stricter than me, he went to carry two brooms and gave them to sweep the sand away. So they are currently sweeping the verandah now and he has stylishly dodged inside and left them there

Iffffffy, my mum went through emotional abuse at the hands of my dad, and emotional and physical abuse at the hands of my step dad...
She had a lot of fractures and broken bones, and went into comas...
Infact, she was slapped on her wedding day... That was the beginning of the whole thing. I never had peace growing up, I was a very sad child, watching my mum go through all that pain and trauma, and I ended up hating men. So, I totally understand what you're going through.
Please, I beg you in the name of God, don't lose hope. God can and will make your life better, just hold on to God... Your precious baby needs you now, more than ever, He shouldn't grow up the way I did.

Besides folic acid is present in many natural foods. If it was so bad, nature wouldn't have made it readily available for us.

All in all it is God that sustains us. Don't fear. You don't need it.

If I were to name my babies after my cravings they'd have plenty names because, I crave different things everyday.

But two of such names would be boiled corn and okpa.

Ma'am, the one in natural food is folate , and it's been proven to be safer than folic acid...
