Speaking as a woman, I would mellow down for a husband who will be calm enough to tell me how I have offended him and how it

I understant what you're going through and I support you 100% but my candid advise for you is that you should never touch (beat) nor go violent against her...any of the aforementioned is allowed, provided it is only for a short duration.

Don't worry yourself, just move out of the house for days until she call and beg you...
