What I thought I heard was 2 south, 2 north states regardless of geo zones and North Central is regarded as north while south east n west regarded as south.

Since we have 6GPZ's,North Central,North East,North West,South West,South South,South East,probably during registration,the Northern zones pop out,probably if you wish to choose Abuja(NorthCentral)and Northwest pop out first,you may choose another Northern zones since it's "CHOICE"downclick or upclick to where NorthCentral is and choose your preferred states,i think this process will apply to the South as well,you like Enugu,south west pop out,you downclick or upclick to wear South East is and choose,probably this might be the process.
Note:I used the word PROBABLY.
