[quote author=Strongbest post=45569836] BLACK TONING SHOWER GEL For the sake of some of us who might be having issue with measurement in kg, let's use a tin milk cup as our measurement here, especially in measuring our soap base. So, our base is assumed to be in powder form right now but has to be made into paste before other things come in. To get the accurate measurement for our base (black soap) using the tin milk cup, you can crush into pieces. 1.Black soap (base)...................3 cups 2. Omi aro (please find the meaning above) grinning, lols.................7 spoons 3. Shea butter..........................1 spoon 4. Coconut oil..........................2 spoons 5. Honey..................................2 spoons 6. Nutmeg............................1/2 spoon 7. Lemon juice....................2-3 spoons 8. Lime juice.........................6-8 spoons 9. Corn flour............................1 spoon 10. Turmeric powder.............2-5 spoons 11. Aloevera gel..................2-3 spoons 12. Distilled or dionized water......5spoons PROCEDURES A. Turn the base into an empty clean bowl B. Add the water and start stirring to form a paste C. Add the Omi aro and continue to stir D. Now, apply heat either by using a double boiler or using a very low heat E. Add the shea butter and stir as it melts into the mixture F. Add the corn flour and keep stirring G. Add the nutmeg and stir H. Add the coconut oil and stir I. Add the lemon juice J. Add the lime K. Add your honey L. Add the aloevera gel and stir properly to have an even mixture Finally, fill into jar for sale or use. Alternatively, you may use the cold method without heating. In this case, you will only need to melt your shea butter separately and add to the mixture. Please melt with a very low heat. Notes: Remember that we are making gel, so following the instruction helps have a runny paste. You may add little more water if its not runny enough. If you want it solid, you not need to use water at all. Ensure you use a distilled water or deionized water. I know distill water might be a bit difficult for some of us to get but if you are close to any University, visit their lab for it. If you can't, simply use deionised water. Reason: using ordinary water can lead to contamination of your product easily. Deionised water: simply boil your water to the highest boiling point, cool down and use. This product will tone or brighten your skin. Removes dark spots Clears eczema Remove wrinkles and blemishes Can help even a bleached parched skin Somehow, can help reduce stretch marks. And lots more. Special Condition: if you are making for some one with a body odor, kindly add a spoon of bicarbonate to the mixture. I hope to talk more on some essential oils and other stuff we can use though they are not all natural but have a lot of benefits. That should be another time. K, I don't know what to type again....... I will try and explain the essence of some of our ingredients 1 Like |

Juliana7: Amen ooo, smiles. Uhmm ma'amn, there's nothing special about double boiler. Double boiler is a means or method of using two pots (boilers) of different sizes together as one. The bigger one usually contains water while the smaller one contains the main substance to be boiled or melted. The bigger one containing water is placed directly on fire while the smaller one containing the main substance in question is inserted into the bigger one. This is to avoid direct heat on the item (substance) to be melted or boiled. I don't know if that's clear enough though. Yes, the 1/2 spoon of nutmeg works, it doesn't make any difference. But if you feel like increasing it, feel free to use a spoon. Thanks. 1 Like |

ENHANCERS: I have earlier told us we're not going to learn production of black soap from the scratch, however, everything learned here is close to scratch and much more with great benefits as opposed to the traditional black soap. Black soap naturally contains a lot of healthy ingredients and can be used by anyone. So, just adding one or two liquid bought from the same seller can turn the raw black soap powder into useful paste and ready for use on the go. One of the few things I want to quickly talk about as we bring this lesson to an end is the fact that all skins are not the same. Your skin type can actually influence the effectiveness of the soap you use. As far as our black soap is concerned, it's good for all skin types but consider this: Black soap cleanse the skin deeply more than any other kind of soap, that's why it's a good hair shampoo anytime, an ideal soap for someone with an oily skin right? Ideally, you are either of the dry skin type or oily type. Which ever one you belong, the extreme is not permitted. You see, a good dermatologist wouldn't recommend a soap/cream for you without the consideration of your skin type. The mixing of the black soap into paste is locally done by the sellers most times but the knowledge of what you want can help you maximize the raw soap. I think that's all we've been trying to learn here. We can go all natural as we want but we can as well tap into available synthetic ingredients that meet our need with little or no side effect at all to balance up. This is where you take total control. Unlike the so called natural products you have out there with lots of synthetic ingredients yet advertised as 'all natural', lols. Here, you are in charge. Like some one asked I think on the previous page, 'can we make our black soap into solid form like a particular soap?' Yes, why not? But do you still want to go all natural? Then how solid do you want it? K, that's the question. To cut the story short, the use of enhancers helps meet various needs of our skin type...... so, that's what we are going to be looking at shortly. So, we look at the enhancers both natural and synthetic. Please stay tuned. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Free Skill Acquisition E-Center by Strongbest(m): 5:13am On May 16, 2016 |
blessedqueen: Ma'am, it's not the cocoa pod that you need, it's the liquid gotten from the pod. The cocoa pod is usually burnt into ashes then processed into liquid. The black soap seller know how it's done. Just ask from them and you'll be given. Thanks. |
Re: Free Skill Acquisition E-Center by Strongbest(m): 5:22am On May 16, 2016 |
Your enhancers: these are meant to be all natural but sorry, I can't guarantee that these days. Do your self a big favor to get from a reputable beauty shop. 1. Cocoa butter 2.Palm kernel oil (P.K.O) 3.Essential oil(s). E.g lavender oil, lemon grass oil etc 4. Camwood Cocoa butter is a good moisturizer and has a lot of healing effects on the skin....fights eczema, stretch marks etc Lavender oil........has a therapeutic and healing effect, treats sun burn. Lemongrass: also has healing effect, works better against acne and the rest. Generally speaking, any essential oil will add great value to our black soap apart from their good scent (smell). Camwood: k, for anyone who cares or wants a good looking skin, this powder is a great deal for you. Can't tell you all about this wonderful powder but please go ask more about this powder to know better. Helps fight wrinkles, gives a soft -smooth looking skin. Has an anti aging property etc. Just imagine the presence of this wonderful powder in combination with turmeric powder in your black soap! Finally, your black soap already contains PKO but additional drops makes it rich. This is where we draw the curtains on black soap. Trust me, if you can put this little information together you are set to have a standard black soap that works wonders. Go and make your money. Feel free to ask any question. Thanks. 1 Like 1 Share |
