His Excellency Chief Dr Willie Maduabuchukwu Obiano arrives the palace of the Obi of Onitsha Igwe Alfred Agbogidi Achebe for the foundation laying ceremony of a world class museum in Onitsha. Coincidentally, today is the 14th anniversary of Agbogidi's ascension to the throne of Ezechime,the foremost King of Onitsha.
