Most folks attend church every Sunday after Sunday because it's nothing but a weekly routine and an attempt to appear "Religious" and pious whereas the opposite is the case. Always!!! They participate in the whole process to fit in with family,peer and societal expectations. What exactly is the pastor/preacher going to say this Sunday that wasn't discussed last Sunday or the Sunday before?!!!! The same old,tired,worn out,archaic,boring biblical topics and subjects repeated and regurgitated weekly in exchange for the never ending 10% tithes!! They provide the same stories repeatedly and you pay them a "Service" fee for their efforts. Every single week!! If you really want to determine if the "teachings" have any effect or impact, watch their actions and behavior outside the church!! Your eye go kuku open one time!!!

Yeah you right tho!..many just go for going purposes!..some have several reasons but where you're wrong "we waste productive hours in church praying to God who already has a long list of prayer requests"...God is never tired of listening to prayers, nor secs/mins/hrs/days spent in a true and living church is a waste of time..
