Yipee we are 27weeks today. I want to use this opportunity to thank the giver of life, the one who made it possible to reach this benchmark, the God almighty the lion of the tribe of Judah. Am supergrateful for this Lord take all the glory, honour and adoration.

I think so, because av taken fansidar that was prescribed by the doctor for malaria 3 times in this pregnancy, I took the 3rd one last week at ANC, and I think it's enough. So pls do .

@Godmother there r exercises for each stage of pregnancy dt u can try..jst try to google d images nd enjoy ur sef bt as adviced by Ada243 pls dnt strain ur body if it reacts wrongly to any style..d one i do often is kegel exercise which helps d vaginal to b more flexible durin delivery..wish u a safe journey nd delivery.

I'm in my 15th week and have added some weight cos I'm always indoors. Is there a safe exercise I can do? I was thinking taking short walks of 15 -30 mins daily. Is it okay or shud I drop the idea completely?

You can start short walks at anytime in pregnancy except you have complications like an incompetent cervix or threatened MC and ure on bed rest.
Its not compulsory for you to do it daily. It can be thrice a week or as your body allows. You can even move around in your compound.
Like another mama already suggested, do it under cool weather and take water with you. And don't walk too far away from home, incase you get too tired to walk back.
The aim of this walk is to help you keep fit and maintain your weight not to lose weight o.
Other safe exercises are dancing and swimming. Don't go and start carrying weights. Its only meant for those who have been doing such exercise before they got pregnant, as seen in the case of Kaffy the dancer.

Yes, I had to lift the bed so I could sit I tried lying down as usual but the contractions were soo painful in that position.
With sliding sitting position, I could practice my breathing technique which helped a great deal but when I tried lying down, na ajasco I dey dance.

As for the exercise, we need to use long rope drag all of them out, to tie each other cos una pass twenty, jst to avoid falling things. Welldone. It will end in praise.

Not every mama has experience in this as i've never purged before, maybe thats why some didnt answer. You're not new here now, you know we are not like that. We try hard to respond to everyone but we are also human and sometimes we might skip some questions here. Pele dear! I'm happy babythug's suggestion helped.
