Someone should say something please

School: I heard a lot of students complain: its easy to enter, hard to get out - mostly the party lovers though.

Environment: There are lots of blacks in the school, with a sizeable number of Nigerians. Most students live in places like Duisburg, krefeld, and even as far as Dusseldorf (ThankGod for semester tickets)

Jobs: there are jobs available in neighboring towns

Racism: Minimal + there're lots of foreigners there.

COL : Like every other places in Germany not Munich/other big cities.

NB: I'm still in Nigeria, but I have made lots of friends there from their facebook page. I thought I would be going there until they asked for a TestAs certificate which was not listed on the course/school website. So before you apply, mail them to know their current requirements for the course you are going for.

Jesus is Lord! 20 to 30€ for pot of soup and swallow

The soup reach 2 weeks?

Schwartz:

Bros look for African shop and pick your poundo and soup ingredients.
Egusi 5€, dry fish 4€, crayfish 3€, star Maggi 2€, small Palm oil 3€, dry pepper 2€, Goat meat 5€ etc as your pocket reach you can buy more stuff.
To get substitute for Ugu leaf, go to Aldi, Netto and co get You can buy Blatt spinat 1.50€
For poundo you can either buy a tuber of Yam for 7€ or you buy the powdered one. To pound you can boil your yam soft and use a blender. It comes out likes its mortar you used.
If you can't cook, split the ingredients into 2 first. Make your money no waste o. You tube will guide you perfectly. I recommend this woman:
http://www.allnigerianrecipes.com/soups/fried-egusi-soup.html
Copy the link and follow the video.
On a side note, I know some people who couldn't boil water in Naija but after introducing them to cooking here they have turned master chefs grin grin

Dear Sir/Madam, the closest TNT outlet to Lekki Phase one is at Golden Tours, Suite C.260, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC Ajah. I was charged something around =N=7, 500 for 0.5kg doc.

I didn't send any hard copy to uniassist for my bachelor's application to Rhine waal and they have processed it already and sent to the school.

Save your DHL money or send half to me. I use nipost - it has favored me thus far.
So if you must send your application to uniassist, and since the deadline is July 15 why not use Nipost?

Besides I'm going to send another application on Thursday via reliable nipost to uniassist. grin

Finally, I live in Onitsha - not Lekki grin

The stress of travel from these towns to the Kleve village will be quite tasking for a student. Even though it's a regional train that conncets the two.
At least, from the train stations of these cities, the distances will not be less than 1:20-2:00 hours apart. Essen is even farther.
Now, consider the fact that most people will likely get a place quite far from the Hauptbahnhof and the campus in kleve is not just also right there beside the HBF. So, consider that stress if you had to make it to class everyday and back!
Kleve is also experiencing the "the campus factor", same with Freising (where a campus of TUM is located too). Freising is a sleepy town on the outskirts of Munich, towards the airport but the cost of housing is now almost at par with that of Munich because of two to three different school campuses located here. TUM, the Hochschule München and one other Hochschule in Weihenstephan.
I stay in Starnberg, almost 2 hours or sometimes more to Freising where my campus is. (because I no see house). Starnberg is the city with the highest disposable income in Germany, by the way (so rent doesn't come cheap too) However, going to school is one hell of a job. The stress it has on the body ain't easy. A lot of poo happens. Trains can get cancelled, you go miss the time sometimes and then the frequency of the train schedule is another challange.
So brother, Kleve to all these cities for a student no be beans wey MOST go dey come from there.

This is not applicable to everybody. This will work if you have sent your hard copy to them before within a year ? This is not applicable to someone that is applying through uni-assist for the first time. Shalom

Rhine specifically doesn't request for any hard copies or certified copies ever. They say u ll show originals when enrolling. I mailed uni-assist abt this n they confirmed same. So u don't need hard copies for Rhine even if it's your first time applying through uniassist.
