There are numerous benefits in working for your self, (Self Employed) among which we are going to discuss very few of them in this article. : SELF-EMPLOYED Self-employed is a situation in which an individual works for himself or herself instead of working for an employer that pays a salary or a wage. A self-employed individual earns their income through conducting profitable operations from a trade or business that they operate directly. : It is important to NOTE that being self- employed is a different situation than simply being a business owner. A business owner is someone who owns a company but does not work with the day-to-day operation of the company. In contrast, a person who is self- employed owns their own business, of which they are also the primary or sole operator. The Benefits Of Working For Yourself : 1) You are your own boss and you can create your own business network, no one is there to give you or receive orders. : 2) You can fix your own working hours and you don't have to work 8 hours a day or have a fix schedule. At the beginning of number of hours worked may considerable higher, but nobody will be there to tell you what to do during that period. : 3) You can develop your own ideas for your work. You are free to develop your own initiatives and project to accelerate your business growth. : 4) You do not need to distribute the profits. If the business is going well and profits are high, you don't need to share the benefits with others. : 5) Work from home. As a freelance self employed person, you have the convince of working from home, which will you money on transportation and other expenses. : 6) Once you start achieving success, you also achieve social prestige, professional recognition, personal satisfaction, and increased income which is only yours.. I believe with this you have seen the more reasons why Youths of today are mostly into a self-employed business. The benefits are unlimited like i said earlier, so you can use the comment box to add more. Source http://www.nairatrace.com/2016/05/the-benefits-of-working-for-yourself.html?m=1 8 Likes 2 Shares |

IDEAS THOUGHTS PASSION DRIVE IDEAS RULES THE WORLD CONTENT IS KING. Whenever you see a successful self employed individual. Know it that you just saw a thinking box. Many of our youths find it hard to SIT and think...hence the high level of unemployment. BILL GATES thought it out Mack zuckerberg thought it out Even our own Seun thought it out. So could you . Not as easy as you make it sound. I pay very high salaries in this useless and Zombie administration using the rule of thumb to control the economy. Being an entrepreneur now is not funny but Buhari can never make us close down our business because before he became president, we existed and when he leaves Aso Rock in 2019, we will still be making our millions. SmithHumble50:will like to make this known to some potential self employers. I was a building technologist by profession and I got fed up with my bosses in 2013. Beofre you can be on your own, one needs to be near perfect in what he does. I went for an internship in roof construction.. That was when the aluminum roof was just picking up..I made cool cash therein. Later, I went into agriculture. Traveled as far as ondo state for seminars. Lived on farm with no network and sharing mosquitoes. But I came out as a farmer...Cassava and Maize. Just a yr after I began, Cassava became a nonsense, but only sensible for those who process. I began my journey to become a consultant for garri processing. Gone to seminars as far as Kwara to develop my skills. Hands on practicals too. I have helped set up garri factories and helped designed many. You may check my threads on that. I know everything u think you want to knw about garri...(to answer what you're thinking now yes, it's fuckin lucrative!!!) Also spent some time with a successful friendnto learn laundry.... My point is this: You need to go all out to develop yourself...no matter the cost. It is only when you are a master inna trade that people refer you and your build your base with your reputation. But if you THINK you can do it and you failed, it may be disastrous. I am A building contractor/site manager A dry cleaner A farmer A consultant for garri processing A roof installer A writer (had three books published online already) And I will still be more... Working for oneself is joyous but hey, only if you never give up... Like I said, I am still struggling, but I love what I am seeing!! 6 Likes |
