2. Dnt frown wen he gives his family members money cos na den u go hear as dem use tk grow up,rather encourage it in some cases,even wen he doesn't want to gv,beg him to gv so so n so money,he wil turn around,esp wen he sees u aren't just out 4ur sef.

3. Inflate prices oooo,tnk God somehow as Naija dey now,so u can b excused in some ridiculous prices u call,bt use wisdom while inflating. May God help us.

4. Show sum responsibility,lyk if u need say 50 naira,u can tel him u hv 10naira,u just need 40naira to complete am,even if na lie n wat u actually wanted to get z 40naira,stil do lyk u r adding ur own 10naira,do u get me??

5. When he gives u d 40 naira or no matter how much he gives u,tnk him lyk he gave u d world,b sincere in ur tnks.. May God help u in ur home ok...

@mauryslavia, i feel for ur pains cos it pains more wen one have an hubby spend less at home nd more outside..........follow the advise these mamas have given u and be patient enough to deal with this issue.... i will advise u dont involve family members so dat they dont misinterpret u dat u dont wat ur hubby to spend for them.....be prayerfull too nd calm ur nerves wen u ar discussing this issue with him.......u will need to list out all ur needs for the month including baby's own....show him the list.....since u said he cannot buy it himself....let him understand wat u are spending d money on. it is not necessary u ask for ur own personal upkeep but u can find ur way around d list..... It is well....God will give u the wisdom to win this battle

Pls this praying position always bother me o. Apart from the traditional kneeling and standing position, can one also pray while on bed. Covering head is not an issue but because of the heat, I don't always wear clothes.
I usually like midnight and early morning prayer but those are the time when I'm n*ked and usually on bed. When I pray, there's this guilt that i'm disrespecting God but heard that prayers answered more when one is n*ked. Dh is not the fervent praying type so I need to intercede for the family

Mama Maureensylvia, let me add my own little advice to the wonderful ones mamas here have given. I want to look at the long term effect and how to prevent it.
Do u guys hv a personal house of ur own?
Do u guys have other good investments apart from the current business Oga has?
Is ur current job secure and does it pay well?
These are rhetorical questions for u & for us. My sister, if the answer to these questions are No. Then u hv serious work to do. Because if he is earning good money now from that business and he is spending it lavishly now without thinking of the future, its dangerous. God forbid if the business fails and there is nothing to fall back on and no other source of income, people and family will put a major part of the blame on u. They will say didnt u advise ur hubby when the going was good. Why couldnt u guys invest or save for a possible rainy day bla bla bla. This is because society expects the woman to be more thrifty and better with money n saving than the man. The man sef may turn round n blame his wife for not having the foresight to advice him n help make sure there is a house, investments and savings for the future. Wealth is not maintained through extravagance. It can fly away suddenly. May urs remain n flourish for u guys.

If a stupid prostitute can get a strong man like Samson how much more a woman recognised before God and man as his partner.

Please when I say get what you want intelligently, I don't mean in a way that will HURT him o. He is your DH. Don't ever hurt him to please yourself.

As for libido issues, I have zero problem in that area . After waiting for marriage to climb my husband, I will not let anything stop my romance even babies afterall I met dh before I met baby . Infact I recently bought some sexy lingerie for myself. Pregnant and sexy lomo. I cannot shout! So my dear mothers love up your darling husband abeg. Get cozy, there are plenty sex styles, don't let them waste.

My landlady's househelp just rushed to call me that one of the kids has hard poo stuck in this bumbum. I rushed down there to see him squatting on the floor crying badly. The poo was very big and stuck in the anus. I had to wear nylon in my hand, pour olive oil in my hand(didnt have coconut oil) and use it to try break the small part popping out and then massage anus. The poo finally came out after some minutes. Very very big.
What do you think i should give him after this? He is crying for chocolate. The only thing they have in their house is pap. I've only given him water

I hope they will heed to d advice o, I have. Never for once regret being with DH and that is becos I took d right decision at the right time, when I was still single I can't even count the number of guys I broke up with, I was more concerned abt my future. Just mention "I will slap you" to me, na hundred meter senior girls o becos I didn't grow up with bullies and my parent doesn't flog. For a man to mention slap or even slap, Cheat, drink etc in a relationship.... i believe he will do more after marriage, we can't Change him except with prayers and me that have not even even finish praying for myself will sit and start praying for a man to change "ko jo o".

I strolled over from the ttc thread, to read post from preggy mamas here, when I came across your posts on child se.xual molestation.
Funny, cos we both fall into the same exact category. Physically and se.xually molested by a male cousin living with us, at the age of 7.
It took me years to engage in sexual relations after I grew up.
S.ex is still sometimes an issue in my marriage, but thank God for my dh, he is not really high on the libido scale.
I think to conquer this, you need to completely and wholly forgive the offender (trust me its not easy), discuss the molestation with your dh, then, pray about it and ask God to help you restore your se.xual feeling for your dh.
In fact, I still dey battle my own. We can go weeks without doing. And we dey ttc join.
