However today as we know it, under current economic hardship, Osun has been exposed under the sun...can't even pay salaries!

2. Let every region have resource control. SW, SE, SS, NC, NW, NE, all should individually manage their resources. The problem with this is, SS and SE...are profoundly confident that they have oil and will accept this, however North and SW will not accept this because they don't have oil in commercial quantity as they are claiming.
