My questions are, thus;

If there aren't funds to sponsor Batch-A stream2, were will they take Funds to sponsor Batch-B?

Was The 40% deduction meant for stream2 alone? Is there money to fund Batch-B? If YES! Why can't NYSC use the money to sponsor Stream2?

Now, if there is no fund at all... And if NYSC depended on the Budget for both Stream2 and Batch-B... I'm sure, there will be none till Next Year 2017 budget is sign...which might be May 2017...


I'll say, NYSC is holding on to some money and expecting FG to release more funds.. They could start something and then be requesting from the FG on the process...

Just my thought tho......
