layooluwa heterodox if it is still saying you cannot registre less than 15 units. Log out and don't use any browser go to a cafe and tell them to use internet explorer for you. It worked for me and also layooluwa i heard that the health centre number should be any four digit number you can remember it can be your date of birth

. Lol since when. Am done with it. Buh d issue is, after submitting, the next page didn't come with a passport and I decided nt to print it.
