I applied for a dual degree (MSN/MPA) in Binghamton University NY for this fall 2016 though am currently awaiting the admission package for the MSN but have that of MPA, while checking through the website to hunt for funding i discovered a prof has grant and she is working on my area of interest so i chose her as my propose supervisor.
please kindly attend to these questions
1.should i wait for the i-20 before writing the prof of my intention?
2.if yes,give a guide sir
3.will i be paying servis fee twice or they will give i-20 combining programs?

I would wait till my visa has only 1 year to expire before I decide if it worth buying ticket for another international student on the same non-immigrant visa or start looking for a partner with full benefits.

You might need to contact your school's admission advisor to get the details of the school account.
In my case, the school instructed me to go through peerTransfer to make the payment.
Please find out details from your school.
