emmanuelreal:As a lawyer, let me give u a candid answer: Whether Customay Court or Supreme Court, it does not matter, provided it is a court recognized by law and it gives a binding decision. Customary Court is competent enough to give a decision that will bind even the President of the country himself. So long as the military did not specify the partcular court in which the affidavit must be sworn, the customary court is as competent as any other court where the affidavit can be sworn. What matters most is that the affidavit must be sworn to before a Commissioner of Oath who must append his signature and stamp. So my dear relax. No institution, agency, parastatal or any organisation whatsoever can reject such an affidavit. 2 Likes |

I don't know why people keep asking the same questions here. Earnestly , try and read some pages you missed before asking questions. If you are a first timer, try and glance through some pages if not all. I personally posted here that anyone that applied under fire fighting shld contact me if they are interested in getting the licence. I have been to some organizations that offer the training/course. They told me they only render the course for companies. But individual can also do it if such a person can pay for at least 6 people or otherwise if he can get 5 people that also want to do the course. For each person will pay 75k. For the traffic controllers, I think same thing is applicable as well because these two courses are not common in aviation business schools like cabin crew, aviation/travel and tourism etc |

ikea:some organizations offer it,so far is not a common course that most people do ,then, it can only be offered on the request. At least the participant must be 6. If you can afford to pay for the 6 people, then go ahead. |
