Brace up mama. ....NOT every first time Mum has a tear during Labour. You may not have. Don't worry yourself about it...Follow your midwife or Doctor's instructions in labour ward. Read on exercises that you can do to prepare for labour. Remove the anxiety. ...you don't need it now. Like I tell myself, if 16, 17yearolds can do it, then I CAN DO IT!

While urinating, and you decide to pause the urine from coming out and continue afterwards, that's what happens to your vjy while breaking/pausing the urine. Then if you want to do kegal exercise, tighten your vja for some seconds and leave to relax, keep repeating same process. You can Google it to know more.

My 2cents advice is, please go and relax yourself. ..babies add weight rapidly in the last few weeks before birth...so it's possible for your baby to an additional 1.5kg btw now and delivery date if you are not careful. .

There won't be tears if you hold your butt down and lie down straight when baby is about to come out.
I gave birth to 4kg and dh held my butt to hips so I couldn't shift. In all I didn't have tears, my vj got back to normal in less than 2weeks and resumed kpekus in 3weeks postpartum.
It's good to start Kegel exercise in pregnancy because it helps in time of delivery and for vj to come to normal after birth. Also massage the spot that vj and anus meet, it's the area that stretches at delivery and visit jerusalem regularly. You can google about it

I am so worried and confused He has been scratching his neck for a while now only for this tiny boils to break out on Monday and as at today it has doubled in number! Its so unsightly abeg o zaynie, nurse kaffy4bill, onegai, soonest, all and any mama that can help me please do o! Can't bare to see my pride and joy like this
Its bleeding due to him always scratching it, my mil says its not a hospital thing that she will get me agbo, should I ignore her and take my baby to the hospital or await her agbo? Ladies what do you think? Afraid is catching me o!

Are you a FTM? Start with buying all the things in your hospital list first....Then you buy baby bath, drier (hanger) , baby soap, oil, cream, sponge (if it is not already in the hospital list ), pampers and wipes that will take you for at least one month (hoping that you will get some as gift after delivery ), baby bank . That's the few that came to mind now....Other experienced mum's will contribute

Haven't bought anything myself yet cos of this same money issue but am going to the market today all things being equal....Will share prices of some items I saw when am back...
God will provide all we need to take care of this blessings he has given to us.

I said d same thing when I read her post,cuz I'm 21weeks n a day today n my edd is 28th September.

3weeks resumption. Ayam very interested, was it ur first time. When did bleeding stop ?? I was told 4 to 6weeks. It looks like such a long time. This cold is not helping matters too.

Just looked again. Na impetigo be that oh. Please add savlon to his bathing water. And add disinfectant to rinse his clothes. Change sheets and ensure the floors are mopped with bleach..let everyone wash hands some more.

When my son had it we used gentamicin ointment.

That flower meme too is good for fungal infections but Na only to bathe oh
