I gave birth to 4kg and dh held my butt to hips so I couldn't shift. In all I didn't have tears, my vj got back to normal in less than 2weeks and resumed kpekus in 3weeks postpartum.
It's good to start Kegel exercise in pregnancy because it helps in time of delivery and for vj to come to normal after birth. Also massage the spot that vj and anus meet, it's the area that stretches at delivery and visit jerusalem regularly. You can google about it

@ my able captain mitchyy hw r feeling today. It's well d Lord is ur strngth.

You really really need your prenatal vitamins especially folic acid, as it is very essential in this 1st trimester. I am 10 weeks to, and I used to get that nauseous feeling too but what I did was to start taking d drugs at night after dinner instead of taking them during the day. That way I didn't feel the nauseous effect that much.

Sorry to ask o, but what exactly does your doctor have against pregnacare? Maybe U should find out. But in my honest opinion, it is you, who is pregnant that needs it because eating well can be a huge issue due to morning sickness n all. Anyways I'll let other experienced Mamas advice u more.

Em sorry bout ur pile. I know a leaf that gives quick relief buh I dont know the english name buh I will just decribe: it has a distinct minty smell(some refer to it local scentleaf). It is usually used in cooking soup for mothers who just put to bed by Ebira people of Kogi state. Its a strong cleanser that reset a woman system after delivery. The leave is gotten freshly and squeez its water on the affected area. It will miraculously push it back with immediate effect. NB. I have administered it on my Mum and Uncle before. It sure works. Gaily my able captain dont mind me for not been present been dealing with alot .congrat to all my teamie that have put to birth iys not easy.

Pls i would need alot of mama input on this,i went for induction on monday and my doctor refused to induce me.his reason is that when i started antenantal at my 9th week of pregenancy my edd was on 28th of may so since then he has been working with that date but the problem is that i visited two other hospitals and the doctor there where telling me that baby is long overdue that i should come to be induce.
-i always have problem with my menses (i can stay for 3months without seeing it) so i dont really know when i got pregenant that was why i always rely on scan.
-why is it that my baby is now showing another date when my first three scans that i did early were all saying 25th 28th and 30th respectively
-should i go with this new doctors?

@Chinwendym aka mama Ekene, in addition to what other mamas have said, try and keep the area clean and dry, sweat and breast milk that dripped to that area caused it for my nephew. After bf u can use a soft clean cotton material like men's singlet with little water to clean the area, air it, then apply whatever cream u want to use. As much as possible ensure the area is kept dry, it is difficult sha cos it's the neck

Congratulations on your BFP. We are happy for you!
Am sure Doctor prescribed some routine drugs for you to take. You can take those ones too....they do what pregnacare would have done and much more sef. Preferably take them at just after dinner to prevent the nausea...Don't stop taking your drugs please, fruits may not give you all you need.
Some mothers take pregnacare because it kinds of combines all those vitamins into just 1 or 2tablets instead of taking 4-5different tablets at once....

Pregnacare's iron content is a bit low so if Doc notices that your blood count is not that ok, would prefer you take these other tabs as their iron content is higher.

Big big congrats mama...

My doctor also asked me to stop taking pregnacare.... Reason being that the dosage of the vitamins in it are not enough for we African mothers... Especially the folic acid and iron...

I think you should tell him to give you reasons why he asked you to stop it...

I dey kampe. God is keeping us. Na data i no come get. This Buhari administration eeee God pass them ooo. I feel very heavy now,don't know if my Lo don become very fat,i'm only 34 weeks+2days.
