The oil multinational companies are involved in this economic sabotage, otherwise what is their justification for almost totally shutting down their operation?

We need to sack them and run the upstream operations ourselves.

I don't like to engage you because you're a troll. But for the records, Eastern Nigeria went to war with a stronger greater Nigeria. How silly.

The same is still going to occur very soon. One would have thought you'd have learnt from the mistakes of your fathers. Tick tock tick tock.

Yawns
Of course that's the only success a united Nigeria has been holding for 56 long years, brutally killing the people of the old eastern region.

Sadly the nation has not improved one bit after the victory over the ibos, poverty and unemployment, insecurity and corruption has totally ground the nation to a halt.

That's why we are on this thread.

Next intelligent person abeg!

Stronger because the evil British empire flooded your boy scouts with ammunition while blocking that of Biafra, even the Soviets supplied you with jets and Egyptians gave you free but cowardly pilots, look, Nigeria will never have won if Biafra had gotten even 10% of what these useless countries supplied to you, Nigerian army has not won any war since its inception, if you doubt it then give me examples, I hope you are not stating Liberia or Sierra Leone because that was simply a peace keeping mission. In the beginning of the war before the evil British intervention Biafra won virtually every battle so much so that you Nigerians were forming new battalions every two months. Hahaahahahahaha

Not negotiating with them would have been the greatest mistake. Where were you when OBJ tired leveling the communities then...what followed afterwards? Nigeria was technically and practically made to go on her knees due to that singular action. Anyways, it appears you're not a good student of history. This administration has no choice but to negotiate with them because nigeria is already squatting and will go down on her belly if wisdom is not deployed.

If FG is searching for NDA..in the Niger Delta creeks then you are searching in the wrong direction. This is much bigger than perceived. Who benefits from Nigeria's inability to ship out more oil ? There is no NDA...just some oil company staff paid by a certain country to destroy our supply network to improve the price of oil so their countries can have more quota. Unfortunately this will continue because the FG is myopic and will blame the innocent.

NDA ...is an instrument bigger than militancy and their allies are in the rank and file of the Seven Sisters.

Quick question.

What would a good leader do in a situation like this?

A government that thrives on lies and deciets can do absolutely nothing.

PMB will say "A" now, adesina will counter it and say that he intended to say "C", liar mohamed will come to tell us that both PMB and adesina doesn't really know what they are saying, that it is actually "B". Den kachikwu and oshiomole will tell us that none of them was right, that we should blame Z.

Now, tell me how such govt will make a policy and stick to it.

The very best thing is that we are doomed for the next 3yrs or so. We can't keep waiting for dangote to complete his refineries by 2018, what it he meets some bottlenecks and it's completion is extended to 2020?

1. Make a good policy to ban all the goods we can produce from agriculture to whatever in let's say 6months.

2. Mobilize, farmers well and motivate them well, as they await the cultivation of their crops, industries where all these will be processed to a finished goods will be under construction, @least some medium scale production plants can be set up in 6months or there about.

3. December or January, there should be production and exportation followed by a serious ban on any commodity we can, with produce.

4. With that, the demand for fX in the parallel market will reduce as there will be few businessmen purchasing it in other to import with it.

5. @least, we can survive and start having fresh air while we wait till 2018 for full functional refineries.

6. But how can u ban the goods from coming in from other ecowas countries and @ d same time want to sell to them?

7. There will be bottle necks. But if they had been serious from the onset, investors would have been serious with them too.( FGN, will say 1 today and den say 5 d next day) no investor will invest his money in an unstable govt of shaking policies. Adesina told us yesterday that no Nigerian is suffering, that we are politicking everything(if someone doesn't believe that u are hungry, will d person give u food)?

8. Disrgard all I said here, because it can't happen. WHY? because d govt ain't serious one bit.

Who am I to say all these? Well, I am just trying to make a "commonsense" out of all these "nonsense" we are facing.

Buhari's hands are tied( he is stubborn)

The avengers are not helping matters. If we loose N2.4+ billion per day for the next two weeks, our already passed budget will be shot of N2.4billion times 12days. That is close to 28billion.

If u watch well, GEJ was stable with his policies. When he made the auto policy, many vehicle manufacturers (toyota, nissan, honda, benz, pan)trooped into the economy. When he made the agriculture policy, many people ventured into Agric.( eg, anambra rice and ebonyi rice and so many, even the tomatoe paste factory in lagos, we all knew when it was commissioned, early this year, the idea and factory started during GEJ time) But what is happening now? Diversifying our transport to create more jobs, what has happened? It has all been collapsing, ( we heard of a derailed train, if there were proper management and all that.

Nothing.

Apart from ivm, how many other assembled naija cars do u see on the roads? (they are either gone or folding their hands watching as our Oga @ the top and his cronies have field day with their policies and counter policies).

Abi una wan make I put my money, make Ee zap?

These militants are only repaying the North for denying Jonathan's government a peaceful reign in power. They aim to cripple Buhari's ability to perform economically. In the end this federal govt will be too financially weak to be able to execute most of its economically beneficial plans and projects. A dangerous cycle has begun! Brace up people, things will never remain the same again save by Divine intervention.
