The list was released by the DPR, it is an incomplete list there are more names, but the above gives a very fine picture of the general ownership.

We spiritually asked GEJ, a young and vibrant President to step aside for an experienced General who we thought will democratically discern these Oil Rigs Owners to build at least 6 Refineries, one in each zone, in 3 months in order to stop this fuel importation racket. Buhari should summon all these Oil Rigs Chairmen to the Presidency and instruct them without fear or favour to put their heads and funds together and build 6 Refineries, one in each zone of the Federation in 3 months. They will do it in a jiffy or risk forfeiture of their business.This is democracy in action.

Nigerian Oil blocks are more than these. Bring all then you work out the percentage per region, that is when your work will be holistic and complete.
