I'm thinking of opening a barbing salon,I've researched about the chair,clippers,etc. One part I'm not still sure about is the part of how to pay my employed barber.Plus how to get a licence from Lagos state barbers association (I don't know if its compulsory).

You not knowing the business is something more difficult. If u know how to cut, u should know the tricks.
