That building must belong to AA group of company, with that windowmolds, that looks like one of his construction work. He's finishing work is superb. I think it was a typo, they probably meant 1.6 billion. The most expensive private house in the world is not even worth that much, that is about $5 billion. |

even alhaji Aliyu (popularly known as AA Oil) mansions in the maitama area are not this expensive, what's the difference btw this house and my oga's (AA Oil's) houses? check out 2 out of his many properties. note: the 1st property was pegged at N4 billion while the 2nd was N4.5billion. 1. a massive mansion behind the official residence of the Inspection General of Police in maitama, price was N4billion 2. the interior of one of the rooms of this property i listed above. note the floor to ceiling granite tiles in the rooms 3. Another massive mansion close to All Christian Fellowship Mission Maitama. price was N4.5billion 4. The toilet in the mansion close to All Christian Fellowship Mission Maitama, close to the maitama police station. note the standing AC in the toilet. too much effizee  2 Likes
