dey keep giving xcuses, from no CUL for stream 2 till d 13th, shifted it to 18, no fund, Fund release, SENATE: we invited the minister but they did not report here, go and print, postponed due to logistics reasons, june 20, oh no it was an error. oh ramadan, oh its going to be marge with batch B, notin lik dat, different story. What a shame to the present government. my ppl i belive by God grace we ar going this Month, but the government should be ashamed of demselves.

Really don't know, but they shouldn't have any problem running it if it comes to that, weighing the fact that they've postponed and frustrated peeps far too much. But seeing that it all seemed calculated beforehand I see no reason why they shouldn't consider it again.
