Yello, about 4.9gb of my data was wiped last Sunday and despite calling severally and visiting your head office in ibadan, it has not been returned.

Please, for how long do I gotta wait or should I simply conclude I've been cheated by the self proclaimed best network in Nigeria?

Hoping for a resolution.

Greetings To you sir! I experienced something about this new sub. With in the space of 45 minutes, I got 2 message alert that I have 756mb remaining on my data,later that I have 3rd my remaining. I am just surprised because I only browsed through nairaland today. Please can I drop my number so this lost data can be reversed? Thanks

Hi Mr. Jide, i've been roaming from India, but my number has been temporary blocked. I already did my bvn and as it seems now, it won't be possible to be physically present for activation. Plz advise on what to do. The number is 08069330540. I have a friend travelling to Nigeria soon. If there is no other alternative, is there a possibility of giving him the sim and my details, so he could do it for me?

Hello Jide,

My 22Gig balance of the night plan has been resolved in principle but it is useless because I can't browse with it. MTN is really its it difficult for die hard fans like us to defend ita actions. My day data keeps getting deducted in the night when I browse even though I restarted my phone around 9pm. Jide what can I do about this? I am getting tired. 08033726739

goodmorn jide, I sub for the mtn 1.5gig dis morn, I use a BlackBerry z30, I only have a capital E without the blackberry symbol which means I dont have the blackberry network, I can only use the web bt cant use other apps like bbm, whatsapp, etc. I did same sub for my wife (z10) and it's working perfectly, I exchanged the sims and my sim didnt work in her fone while hers worked in mine. so pls help me out. my no is 08034767563

OK Mr Jide, I'm having issues with this your so called mtn. They ripped me off my data and when I called your silly customer care, the ugly lady told me the night plan has been suspended and that I need to activate a new data plan on my sim which would be added to my previous suspended plan.i wasn't even notified that it was suspended. I only thought it was their smelly rubbish network fluctuating again. Please help

Am so very angry with MTN, I did the 3.5 gigabyte for 2000, and have been browsing with it until lately (4 days) ago that it refused browsing, when I checked my data, I still have 1.20 gigabyte, I called customer care countless times, all their resolution didn't work out.
