Progress of what? Crime prevention? Response rate? Or DPOs' separate official cars for their wives and kids? Before you call this progress, ask the state government the progress made so far in terms of security improvement. What's the Police officer to patrol car ratio, what's the average response time of police to distress calls, and what's the level of communication technology utilized by the police in its business e.g Wallis talkie, iPad/internet etc. then come back and let's discuss progress.

I believe in TECHNOLOGY,too much patrol which will add to traffic; Y not use drone and GPS? when are we going to enter 21st century in this part of the world?

These are good gestures form this State Government. I have seen these pictures and the ones of LASEMA. We should have agreement with mechanics across the state for prompt maintenance and repairs of these equipment.
