miamimama : this is my advice from my young mind; firstly stop checking is phone for your peace of mind. Concentrate on your children & don't speak bad about their father, channel your love & energy to them. You said he is a pastor does he have a discipler someone you know is a spiritual head that can talk to him ( U are going to the person not just to talk to him because you are hurt but so that he will not miss heaven). Lastly pray pray pray, I know that you have been doing this but bible say pray until your joy is filled. Don't just pray for him to stop cheating, pray that the Lord will open his eyes to see that he is hurting God & not you alone. Touch your face up, look attractive, smell heavenly and be young at heart.
I know you are in your forties and you might be tempted to act 'old' but you aren't so don't.
You need to see my 40 year old boss.....hot as coals! With minimal make-up, lepa stature and decent clothes o.




And dont face just your children, only a widow or divorcee should face only her children.
Your children wont face you once they leave your house. They will face their spouse.
Your children will want you to pull daddy back in, not at your own peril tho.

I dunno why Dettol has been advised not to be used on babies despite the money they spend on advertising. In government hospitals, they use and recommend Purit disinfectant. I will try savlon sha.
