aminho:Make thunder faya your mouth there. How did Indimi make his money? Every billionaire has a story unless they inherited their wealth. What is Indimi's story apart from the fact that oil blocs were handed to him. We do not care what he does with his money, we just want him to return our wells. After that he can go to Mars to make donations for all we care. Once again, thunder faya you. 4 Likes |

bulldoza: But it isn't fair one bit. I'm not from the Niger Delta, but I really feel bad for the people of ND. How can a man from Maiduguri come and be making billions of naira from your own soil, while your people stand and watch? Will northerners stand and watch people from the south come and make mega money off their resources, and they will keep quiet? 2 Likes |

Una still dey talk? Shebi Dangote submitted a bid of one billion US dollars for Arsenal FC. When that bid sails through, that's when you people will know that a man has the right to do whatever he wants/likes with his own money. If you are not comfortable with it, the ATLANTIC ocean, is nearer to you than the SAHARA desert. 1 Like |

Philanthropy is not magic. It is not a phantom. It is as obvious as a pimple on rita dominic's face or a fart in an elevator or as fuel scarcity in lagos. If it is there, you will see it and observe its effect. All these people publishing figures of this scholarship and that scholarship are just talking thrash. If Indimi wants to be philanthropic, he should build a hospital and offer free healthcare services to indigent people. He can also build a primary school and offer free education to all students that attend. He can build a university and offer subsidized education to students. When they start doling out N100m for this foundation or that foundation, they are simply recycling money. If you want to give as a philanthropist, give in a way that is obvious and unequivocal. 1 Like 1 Share |

johnwizey: Who tell u say oyibo people dey ok. Do u know how many scholarship these American schools give Nigerians and Africans because you have high SAT scores. How many Nigerian universities give scholarship to their students? Where do u think they get the money? It is from donations like this! They hardly give their people scholarship but loans but give u Africans free tuition and stipends. Please be nice to them. |

We indeed have a lot of morons in Nigeria. Some silly twàt asked if oil is in his state, another asked him to "return our oil". In case you eejits don't get it, he's a business man. His company paid, to your federal government, for a prospecting, exploration and production licence. They periodically pay all forms of taxes to all levels of government and also carry out CSR projects as required. You cannot, I mean your whole village, take the license from him unless he breaches the terms or government illegally does so. Sit your silly arses down. 1 Like |

seunajia:Then it will be blown off... Let him take his investment to borno state. The OPL, OML will be withdrawn from him and given to a Niger Deltan. As a Petroleum Engineer and from the state he operates the highest oil well don't you think i and my colleague's won't love to own oil blocs and become billionare's in future? 1 Like |

Seeeeeeee: You see, ignorance and parochial tendencies make people reason on a subhuman level, often below that of mere domestic animals, like goats and chickens. Dogs are more intelligent. It's sad really. 1. He can't "take the his investment to borno", that's rather a silly thing to say. 2. No one can illegally withdraw his licences from him. Talk more of "giving it to a Niger Deltan". 3. The oil his company is mining is not yours, it belongs to Nigeria. Again, he has paid billions of naira and continues to pay taxes in such regions to be in business. 4. Nothing stops you or any other Nigerian from acquiring oil licenses, except of course, you don't posses the strength of character to see such risky endeavours through. Take Folawiyo-Aje oil field as example. 5. Blow up [s]other people's hard work and watch how miserable your life actually turns out[/s] Nigerian facilities and watch Buratai make toast of your silly arses. |
