We need to think deep before we start reacting to every advise that can bring solution. In conflit or problem solving, this system is try not to add to the problem on ground but rather try to think for a way to solve it. What we you say about propose amnesty for boko harm which we all know the problems they have cause to the humanity and to our economy but government propose to offer them amnesty so as to end the problem totally and engaging them. Another example is amnesty given to militant which has solve the problem except the newly emerge that call themselves avengers. In another way round if we look at the gravity of what they have done to the economy looting fund and taking it to another country to benefit, it not a good thing at all. To be honest with you, l like his idea and this is why, I know we all will love to see the looters of our resources put in a gas charmber, but that will be impossible. It's better we give them amnesty to bring back there looted funds and in invest in our country and let start a new war against corruption from the beginning just imagine how many industries and needed employments this single act of thinking outside the box will do for our country I know this will never be popular in anyway reminification but it need to be done ..

and what is giving you the assurance that the exact amount looted will be declared if his suggestion is considered. This is just a way of dodging the wrath of law. AND telling theifs to invest stolen funds is absurd where is our morals?
