goodmorn jide, I sub for the mtn 1.5gig dis morn, I use a BlackBerry z30, I only have a capital E without the blackberry symbol which means I dont have the blackberry network, I can only use the web bt cant use other apps like bbm, whatsapp, etc. I did same sub for my wife (z10) and it's working perfectly, I exchanged the sims and my sim didnt work in her fone while hers worked in mine. so pls help me out. my no is 08034767563

good day all, I want to use this medium to commend JideSM, my issue has been taking care of, I was called by a cc agent named Elizabeth, she was so courteous on the phone and she walked me through getting my issue resolved. my network is fully functional. thanks @JideSM for sending my request, pls I just want to advice other peeps that patience is the name of the game, rather than we coming here to insult or use derogatory statement, lets state our issues and give the management team time to responsd.....God bless the MTN management.

it's like my problem is not as simple as I thought. there is no error message. the problem is simply that I can't browse with the line even though I have over 300mb left to expire at the end of this month. Again, I cannot open any Web page with the line. the screenshot I posted yesterday showed the remaining mb in the line.
it is an mtn pulse package.

Yello, sorry about this. Please be informed that checks show that you have 804MB of your night plan available, however, this data can only be used from 12am-4am since the 4.5GB (1.5GB for day and 3GB for Night) no longer exists. Thank you.

My 22Gig balance of the night plan has been resolved in principle but it is useless because I can't browse with it. MTN is really its it difficult for die hard fans like us to defend ita actions.
