Please if you want to upgrade your gionee m3min with the latest m3min OTA update, make sure that your phone is unrooted before upgrading it otherwise, you may not have pleasant stories to tell us here.

secondly, I observed that after I flashed my phone with the stock firmware on page 68, the new ota update has not bn successful (maybe the update is not recognizing the rom as a genuine.)

@Ru123123, is it possible to help us make a patch that can make the update to work with the stock rom on page 68?

truth is, I'm yet to see the update on my phone, so I can't really say why yours ain't showing up. I believe it will come up at some point, just give it time

Can you see other files when in trwp mode?
Have you bn able to flash any other zip with your twrp?

If yes, I will advice you re-download the cm 12 zip

Yes(it's a class10 original SD card that has never let me down) , Yes, and Yes(i once flashed supersu.zip and was able to do a full twrp backup and restore). I'll consider that but the zip file looks fine to me. Extracted it's whole content to another folder and didn't get a single error.

2. after wipes and before installing just reboot TWRP

Oh, it just gets stuck at "highscreen P4" text. I didn't really wait for more than 1 or 2 mins though before removing battery.
