I think it's somehow equivalent to running round a Standard Football field 9-10 times, except that in this case, I heard there are lots of hills etc.

just try get the testimonial from the school you wrote your SSCE to avoid stories that touch.

2003 is way more than healed......that's about 13 years ago, so I don't think that would be an issue......even if na cutlass dem use do dat surgery, e go don heal finish.

Yes Miss....you need to register for JAMB, although you don't need to select NDA as first choice, just input your UTME reg number in the NDA application form and you're good to go. Then pray to make the cut-off point.

I'd advice you to swear an affidavit, I have a similar problem, but mine is in my LGA, jamb made a mistake when registering my LGA, so i've sworn an affidavit, and I believe it won't give me a problem...
