It's better you apply ASAP cos it usually take 14 weeks after application has been submitted. But to be on a safe side, u should have apply early enough cos the 14 weeks is not automatic as some make be longer than the 14weeks, some may not be upto and some may be exactly 14weeks. Apply very soon so that if you get your TRV before end of august, you can prepare very well for your trip.

Greeting my ancestors

Pls is it compulsory for my sponsor to be my relation?
It could be anyone with lots of money in their account right?
Plus how do i explain the relationship to the VO
Thats the only thing delaying my visa application
All docs are ready
Anyone who can help pls?

You have to be calm and careful of whatever documents you intend to submit to explain the relationship between you and your sponsor especially when you guys aren't bear the same surname.

Pls someone explain what it means when one is denied due to family ties.

Is it when I don't have family in canada then I'm denied TRV or I have family and I might not return then i'm denied TRV

Sorry about the delay, kindly share ur profile so we can assist. Let us know when u graduated, if u were going for BSc or Msc, if Msc what u studied in ur undergraduate and also what u applied for and also how much was made available by your sponsor.
Cheers
