I have done all that a long time ago dear. I dont take anything swallow, be it eba, semo, wheat or fufu cus i vomit it. My favourite food is beans and i take cucumber everyday. So where the excess weight is coming from is what i don't know. I don't want to think about it again cus my dh is tall, my dad and all my brothers are tall and huge. So its possible its just genes. Anyhow he weighs, i'll try and push him out by God's grace
