How can book haram still operate close to Maiduguri?

The report is that the attack occurred 7killometers from Maiduguri. How?
Where were the military?
Does it mean there is no military presence 7 kilometers away from Maiduguri all round?

Well, if Boko Haram still carry out attacks 7kilometers away from Maiduguri, then they have not been truly decimated as claimed, because the highest military presence is not far from there.

Are people really literate. Do the content of the report corellate with the topic.They say 5 communities taken over, where is it that it was written that 5 communities was taken over. I only read an attack and fleeing of insurgents.these shows the attitude of readers, they see the topic and immediately comment without reading or applying common logic.

I dont get
it looks like 'flatlands' when browse it via Google maps and Wikipedia. But you are on ground you will know that Google is a scam! Darfur region in Sudan and areas controlled by BH are similar hence, it was difficult for the govt of Sudan to successfully deal with the militias. The territories are virtually arid and vast without known limits.

i think some journalists need training seriouslyand stop with the misleading headlines. you say a community has been taken over this implies boko haram terrorists are still there but the report says police came afterwards and met only 13 corpses, destroyed buildings and structures. this suggests this was a hit and run raid by the terrorists. when enugu and benue communities were attacked by murderers claiming to be herdsmen nobody said those villages were taken over. rip to the deceased security forces should not get complacent even though boko haram is largely on the run these bloody killers will still not relent. everyone needs to be vigilant

when they an once 13 dead bodies be rest assured that the no of victims will be about 100 person's, using d incident that happened in Enugu state, over 200 person's where slughtered by fulani herdsmen but the press were announcing 40 person's, Nigeria playing with humans life, thats so pathetic

God forbid that we have another 50 of such attacks before December. That will imply the death of over 500 Nigerians, yet the government claims BH has been defeated. What's the point celebrating the defeat of BH when Nigerians are still being killed in droves?

This vanguard always give a wrong caption in order to give this administration a bad name. The article said BH attack a community different from what the headline is insinuating.

This is the reason why Baba never granted any conversation with our local journalists since last presidential media chat. What an unprofessional journalists we have in this country.
