There was only written test for Bsc. And non for Master. But I met one guy here who also told me he wrote maths test and letter of motivation.

But it still don't stop people from getting Visa. I wish you success...
The student visa checklist I downloaded from the embassy visa application page last night has no SOP on it.

But then, who is scared of SOPs...or a written test? I think most people ask to know if to write one or not.

They really ought to make visa requirements less hazy und as updated as possible.

Funny enough I just checked again and it isn't on the list anymore. Won't be surprised if consular1 (at the gate) is the one twicking this list to bounce people on interview dayangry

Hi guys, is it compulsory one takes the primary school certificate along for the visa interview, or the secondary school certificate alone?
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Princesindy: 12:45pm On May 26, 2016
We didn't take any primary school leaving certificate exam as at 1990/91 during our set and consequently don't have the pslc, only testimonial. Would that be a problem? Anyone with similar story?

Very funny indeed. I dare say the whole interview thing has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous.
It used to be a very straight forward affair.

Anyway, ain't no stopping us.

Hello Everyone. I'm new here and I hope to be an active part of this forum. Please accommodate me. Thank you.

I recently applied to some universities in Germany and I am in a bit of a bind because I have no idea which University to choose. I set myself up by applying to too many schools, I admit. I applied for the MA English and American Studies programmes at Paderborn, Freiburg, Jena, Tubingen and Bamberg. I have got the admission letters from Paderborn and Bamberg and I am fairly certain I'll get into the other schools as I have received notice of admission processing. I would like anyone with prior knowledge about these schools and the living conditions in these towns to help me make my choice.

Second, I recently got confirmation of my Blocked Account opening from Deutsche Bank and I have no idea how to transfer the requisite fund into it. I already have the money available. I would be very grateful if someone would please enlighten me on how to send the money into the account.

Check living in .............. Online. You best bet is to check out those towns online and see the living conditions there. Cross check one with another. And read the international students guide on the web sites of the schools. There is a lot to learn from the site of the school. As much as ease of getting jobs, transports, housing, and whathave you. You'd just have to check them against one another. Download the pdf files welcoming international students. A lot is in them.

Also be patients some more expereinced peeps would certainly offer you advice.

Read this pages. You need a Form A from gtb, firstbank, diamond bank, access, stanbic etc.
Or a domi account

You'd get more info from this pages.
