Unfortunately, our Lack of maintenance culture in Nigeria leads to eyesores like this. Same attitude has led to massives potholes on expressways, blocked gutters, poor railways etc. Maintenance culture creates jobs, hopefully our people won't chop all the money meant for maintenance. |

The problem with police is that they are naturally too dirty. Nobody should blame government for this. Money is always budgeted for maintenance. If police fails to use the money as such, how is that govt's fault? Even if this building is old, must govt come and cut your grass for you? Bunch of imbeciles. |
