TOTAL has released the names of its 2015 /2016 scholarship successful candidates.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Following your performance at our scholarship selection test conducted on Saturday December 5, 2015, we are pleased to offer you an award of the 2015/2016 NNPC/TOTAL National Merit Scholarship.

Scanned copies of your Award letter and your Acceptance Form have been sent to your email address which you supplied during your application. Please check your email.

The original hard copies of the two documents are being dispatched via courier to you through your Head of Department. Please check with him/her in the coming days to collect them.

Please read the documents thoroughly and conform to all the instructions

Among other instructions, you are required to complete the Acceptance Form and return to us within six (6) weeks from the date of your Award letter. Failure to return the Acceptance Form duly completed and signed within this period voids the offer. Late return is not entertained and we shall not enter into any further correspondence with you.

Please read the “Conditions of Award” section of this e-Portal for full details of this award.

Ensure that your Head of Department or your Dean of Faculty or your Dean of Student Affairs, whichever is available/accessible to you within this period, completes and signs their portion of the Acceptance Form.
Your Form is incomplete and void without their attestation that you are a current registered student of the school. Do not send an incomplete Form back to us.

To ensure that we receive your duly completed and signed Acceptance Form on time, you may send an advance scanned copy by email to scholarships.csredu@total.com while you send the hardcopy by registered post/courier to:

Actually there's no idea. They indicated that emails have been sent but it seems nobody receives anything.
I think they are taking their time to send both the email and the couriers.

Yeah. We have to be a little bit patient with them. They will send our letters sooner or later.

I received an email last week asking me to confirm being on a similar scholarship.
I'm not on any scholarship though.
You should know that no one can enjoy multiple scholarships from the oil industry.
They are probably still working on things there.

One problem with the acceptance form is that they wrote Department of law, University of Ibadan instead of Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto in the section where the H.O.D. has to sign.

Also there made the same mistake in my own at dat same part. They wrote department of medicine and surgery (human medicine ) university of calabar

finally, but check the attestation part to see if there's a mistake in your department and/or school.

For those of you that have not received copies of the award letter and acceptance form in your emails. Send an email to scholarships.csredu@total.com and attention: Mrs. Abimbola OSHIKOYA. It worked for my sibling. The 6 weeks starts from May 25th 2016.

I believe there was a general mistake on the last document where your HOD is supposed to sign as my sibling's own read medicine and surgery student from university of calabar. who got a correct statement at the end? who contacted them for corrections?
