Way to go but let's start with true federalism first!

Enough of regional parasitism in Nigeria. Hell stealing my house and offering me the job of a gate man.
Goke7:

Take your worthless oil that has never added value to Nigeria apart from greedy politicians, if states like anambra and Lagos are embarking on massive infrastructure constructions without oil, then oil is not that special after all.

This guy, why are you crying more than the bereaved

The "oyel" isn't that special any more so why do you people jump, hit yourselves on the floor and weep and "advice" anytime you hear NDA? Shuu

You said in one of your posts the SS and SE didn't vote PMB so he's right to marginalize them so I have a question for you.

1. Is Buhari president of Nigeria or the north and SW?
2. The people of the SS and SE, are they part of Nigeria or not?

Last bullet: Every body has a right of association. I have a right to vote whom ever I choose!

Upon the hate and sabotage meted out on Jonathan by the north, he never marginalized them nor made any 5% and 97% speech against them. Hell they even stoned his convoy in the north...if that happens to Buhari today, won't he order his security detail to shoot at the people?

Even upon the hate, the man even developed the backward region more than any leader from their region has ever done at the expense of his southern origin. So just give up already in your campaign to justify Buhari's brazen act of stupid talk

This is Ipob in action. That group is very powerful but we dont. We should come and discuss the basis of our unity rather than call it mere militancy. This was how north and south sudan conflict started.

We yorubas should come out and say the truth otherwise we may not know what is cooking until they finish happening

Stupidity is when our Yoruba Elite sold out there right of becoming a king even in there fathers land (kwara state)

now tell me who is at the lost side? Yorubas or the igbos?

Let us discuss our staying together as a nation if it's must we will together. That way all can feel good having Nigeria as a nation and show patriotism too. Not shouting one Nigeria from one end to another.

I even sense the more one Nigeria is shouted the more deceit is seen in it and division widens.

Never mind. We shall eventually be forced to discuss it very soon. This current system can't elicit patriotism in me.

[b]Buhari had the power and support of the North and Sw, all he needed to do was to draw the SS and SE, despite how the election result tilted, if only he had shown equal love, he would have Nigeria at his palms because showing EQUAL love to all Nigerians even when some didn't vote you cripples that region from opposition totally..

How come SS and SE are crying more that PDP Politicians? because they feel marginalized
How Biafra is now very known internationally? because they feel marginalized
How come the militants are up in arms? because they feel marginalized

and the opposition would work with the minds of the (marginalized) people.

Truth be told, I love Buhari no doubt and believe him, but at this rate, we would crash eventually.

THAT STATEMENT OF 97% AND 5% KILLED THIS ADMINISTRATION.

The SE and SS declared public hatred for PMB during the elections campaign last year, PMB is human like everyone of us, if any group display openly their hatred for you, it will take you time to get over it easily. The SE and SS also added insult to injury by telling PMB and the whole world openly that they had no regrets supporting Jona.

The SE and SS lack political tact, the northerners who supported Jonathan all through lay low after the elections and started reaching out diplomatically to PMB, even the northerners in PDP presently are always tactful when dealing with PMB. Politics is a game and it could go either way. When its not in your side, you act diplomatically and build bridges. Our brothers across the Niger must learn and respect others even when they do not agree politically. PMB will complete his tenure and when another election time comes, every region will have their opportunity again to show their political prowess. We should stop being cry babies.

Jonathan did nothing for the SE and very little for his own SS.... I can't even pin point one single project, The northerners never liked Jonathan and they made it known, but his cabinet was shared equally and Major projects where all up north, am not clamouring for Buhari to take such route, but they is intelligence in what he did, that is why the only reason we hold against Jonathan today is Corruption.

it is logic, that is the best way to eliminate opposition, PDP seems stronger today because the are working on the minds of the SS & SE.
we still have a chance to eliminate opposition if we go back to the drawing board, if we continue like this, we should take note that APC would have disgruntled members (dele momodu), break-aways (saraki & Dogara), and those who don't believe in the combination anymore, while the opposition remains because we did not address their issue. also noting your either APC or PDP come election 2019.

Ok

What is a sovereign state?

- In international law, a sovereign state is a nonphysical juridical entity that is represented by one centralized government that has sovereignty over a geographic area.

-International law defines sovereign states as having a permanent population, defined territory, one government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other sovereign states.

-It is also normally understood that a sovereign state is neither dependent on nor subjected to any other power or state.

Issues:

- They want install their people and control our resources. E.g Jonathan would be their Prime Minister or President
- MNC's would be paying them taxes and royalties, there would be lots of cash available to them.
- They would still not be richer. Their predicaments would not improve. Even pollutions would increase thereby degrading their natural sources of livelihood.
- Issues of legitimacy would arise and the Western powers would do the needful.
- Nigeria and its Army would deal with them accordingly in line with global practise.
- Rise in militancy is expected in the region various groups would emerge for example Bini's, Efik, Esan, Ibibio, Igbo, Annang, Oron, Ijaw, Itsekiri, Yoruba, Isoko, Urhobo, Ukwuani, Kalabari and Ogoni would join the fray.
- Economically, our Naira would still be a unifying currency for Nigeria and the so called sovereign state.
- My brothers from the South East would be divided along the lines of joining or remaining in one Nigeria

What nonsense embarassed embarassed
Jonathan sef cry

You have ended up saying nothing. We need 100% of our resources to control, anything less than that will not be acceptable.

Politics is a game of numbers, and every politician has his clout, moreover those names above are examples. The ss and se would give up pdp if they see a reason to, They are not even PDP now.. they are only against buhari. But come 2019 they would have to identify with a party. Why can't it be APC?

Note:Mama peace was not the president, did jonathan make those remarks? But buhari as the president made that statement.

Moreover lots of names calling was made during campaign, its normal...

There was no way the current system of government won't have caused these agitation. Every people must be allowed to manage their resources.

The moment of truth is gradually coming.

One thing I'm wondering is ; Did this system of government just become a "current" thing? This false "federalism" we practice, the act of granting few individuals licences to prosper at the expense of the well being of every other person..

I agree with this in principle but simply because i know for a fact that the elites (both north and south) who maintain a choke hold on the prosperity of the nation will never ever ever ever allow a peaceful unraveling of this unholy alliance, i don't see it ever ending well... Peaceful unbundling ? Not going to happen, they will get mercenaries and fight to the death, Carnage and destruction is what i see.....

I am a product of OAU and ever since i saw what Cocoa got SW before the oil curse, i've always wondered how and where SW could have been if the black curse hadn't been discovered in Nigeria...

Aguiyi Ironsi did this nation a whole lot of damage..
