Jeez how daft and slothful can you be. Not only have you failed to read the information provided by the OP , you also have not researched how the presidential library system works.

1- He has not bought a house but rather leased a home while his younger daughter finishes her secondary schooling in Washington. It would also keep him close to power for the immediate future.

2- All presidential libraries are built and funded from donations both private and organisational to Mr Obama who would in due time engage in a so-political initiative. The library would be like a testament to his life , and museum of his presidential experience and other things which concern him. It would be located in his home town or a town he is most associated with.
Given he is a rather young man who does not expect to die any time soon he has no need to establish one rather yet for the next 5-15 years.
