its much better if the coy can give you an employment letter and a study leave letter. they can state that they are the ones sponsoring your trip so you can bring back the international knowledge you gained in Canny to maximize productions in real life situation emma4eva: |

just tot to correct something...Police report isnt compulsory for paper route.....infact nothing is compulsory...i submitted my application via paper route, and i didnt include police report,SOA,bank letter were photocopies..and the lady at the pre-submission desk told me evrything was in order after checking....the only thing she asked me to go correct was my family form that i filled with ink instead of filling online and printing out.... phrancisco: |

Saw this on okanagan college website "Transcript Assessment Fee
B.C. Transcripts: Applicants requesting transfer
credit for courses successfully completed at a
recognized BC university or college will not be
charged an assessment fee.
Out-of-Province Transcripts: Applicants
requesting transfer credit for courses
successfully completed at a recognized Canadian
post-secondary institution outside BC will be
charged a transcript assessment fee of $50 per
transcript.
International Transcripts: Applicants requesting
transfer credit for courses completed at a post-
secondary institute outside of Canada will be
charged a transcript assessment fee of $150 per
transcript. In the event that transcripts and other
documents are not in English, the student will be
responsible for submission of an official English
translation of all required documents.
Does this means transcript assessment for admisson is charged?

ehixestgratias: It's just like any college in Nigeria i.e. Yaba Tech. Though it's affiliated to many Universities in Ontario e.g. York U. What the agent did was to apply for you in their health sciences of the College. What i think he should have done is to apply to: University of Ontario Institute of Technology. The school is still a pretty young sch. that is likely to offer you admission easily. Both schools are however located in Oshawa with other campuses located around the Ontario East. They both have beautiful, excellent labs. Best of all, both school are just 45 - 60 minutes drive to inner GTA ( Greater Toronto Area) These are cities of: Toronto; Etobicoke, Mississauga; Markham; North York etc |

lawmerchant:. Well ,I hope I am replying this correctly .As I always tell people ,because u are a lawyer doesn't really mean you should go for an LLM.The world is a corporate world and Corporate lawyers deal with a wide range of commercial /employment law .Combining your law skills with business is completely up to u.I am not interested for an LLM for now.I work as a corporate lawyer and d HR department is booming and besides my husband is a business Man that needs my input in his business while putting my Law skills and business skills together .It was your choice to go for an LLM and d VO saw ur purpose reasonable enough ...I tik we all have a chance to convince d VO of our passion too(out of the box from Law ) and see how it goes with d grace of God.Without grace ,u won't even still get a visa after putting a perfect application to ur own minds view .Go online and search d relationship between HR and Law and maybe then would u understand .As a lawyer ,I tik u should have been acquainted to such tins .And besides in d first term of study ,there r courses that deals with all essential business skills .A pgd is definitely higher that's an LLB ,so I already submitted my app and I know I will get a positive reply ..it's all abt time and I will get to know.Thx for ur input though ..but for now ,an LLM will do little or Notin for my future plans . 5 Likes |
