Look apart from Lagos, which was built by common wealth of Nigeria, which Western state can stand South South or Eastern states? The ariel view of Western states are brown rusted roofs, the standard of living in your states are low, example ... in Ibadan you can get a flat for N100,000 which state can get a flat for such amount in out Southern states?
