The directive passed by my bank today to be communicated to customers is that with effect from next month, withdrawals in abroad with MasterCard will stop finally. this came after the first directive yesterday that daily withdrawals whether cash, pos or internet has been drastically reduced to $50 per day against $1000 it was two weeks ago.
one can only withdraw now with prepaid card or platinum card which u have to load in dollars before travelling or u do form m, moneygram or western Union.
we are finally finished.

Some might say it all crashed in one year but anyone who is really looking knows it has taken decades to get here. This too shall pass.
