Hmmm!!!! The annoying thing is how majority of his appointments have been in favour of the northern region. Is that to mean other tribes are not competent? It would have been commendable if this people are sure to deliver, that would have helped a bit but most of them are at worse back dated in knowledge and current happenings like him. Take for instance the new VC of NOUN moving an entire system HQ from Lagos to Abuja cos of his percieved enemies.
